read the following conditions before making your reservation and

- The rate are only applicable for Domestic and
KITAS / KIMS holder.
- KITAS/KIMS holder or Indonesian Identity must
be presented upon check in.
- A one night service and processing fee equivalent
to the reserved room rate will apply if the cancellation notice
is received after the booking is completed, and credit card
authorization has been confirmed.
- During high & peak season, if canceling 45
days before the arrival date, a one night room rate cancellation
fee from total room will apply, if canceling before 29 days
or less to the arrival date, 50% of total room rate will apply,
if canceling 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, full
charges will apply. In the event of No-Show, a full No-Show
fee will be charged from the total room rate reserved, except
when prior specific arrangements have been made with the agent
or the hotel.
- Credit card honored : BCA Card, American Express,
Master Card and Visa Card. A 3% additional bank fee will apply
to all credit card processing
- Partial or full prepayment may be required for
some reservations.
- Check in time 12.00pm, check out 12.00noon.
- A maximum of 1 (one) child 5 years of age
and under is accepted free of charge if sharing a room with
2 (two) adults without an extra bed and meals.
