Canang Sari
Canang Sari Gazebo features a charming traditional open-air raised four-post pavilion with 180
degree ocean views. An intimate option located within manicured lawns, it is ideal for theatre
style seating up to 150 people.

Bale Kencana
The Bale Kencana is surrounded by tropical gardens and privately ensconced behind ornate
volcanic and limestone walls. Featuring a raised lotus pond pavilion for the bridal couple flanked by natural stone flooring this traditional option provides more private theatre style seating for up to 100 people as well as 180 degree ocean views.

The Wedding Pavilion
The Wedding Pavilion is a dramatically illuminated state of the art purpose built structure that
majestically towers above the Indian Ocean. Providing the most breathtaking venue to take ones vows in, it features a see-through glass aisle with a flowing stone lined river underneath that leads to a magnificent glass altar. With seating for up to 40 people inside, full air-conditioning, private drive-way and porte-cochere, the two storey high glass paneled pavilion also features an adjacent Bridal Villa for pre & post wedding functions.

Planning a wedding is a time-consuming endeavor and the ladies and gentlemen at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali recommend a full three to six months of planning, prior to your wedding day. Listed below are some details about having your wedding in Bali.

Licenses/Legalities
The Indonesian Government requirements for arranging a legally binding marriage vows are quite specific. Once these guidelines are met the legal formalities are relatively easy to manage. When a couple decides to get married in Bali our Bali-based agent files all of the necessary paperwork with Indonesian authorities. Originals of all legal and religious documentation must be brought to Indonesia and shown as proof before the ceremony takes place.

What is the best month and best time to get married?
Bali has wonderful year round climate with tropical temperatures that is consistently around 30 degrees Celsius. Favorite times are mid morning at 10.00 am, or 5.30 pm just prior to sunset to capture the spectacular glow cast over The Ritz-Carlton, Bali Resort & Spa.

What do I do if it rains?
For outdoor ceremony venues wet weather alternatives such as our luxuriously appointed ballroom, private villas or restaurants are available.

Are we able to write our own wedding vows?
Yes certainly. Our marriage celebrants encourage the input of the Bride & Groom to make their special day as intimate and personal as desired.

Will my ceremony be private if held in your resort?
The Ritz-Carlton, Bali Resort & Spa is surrounded by 70 hectares of land. All wedding venues are private, secluded and secure with hotel staff and signage dedicated to protect the privacy of all
wedding guests.

How much prior to my wedding should I start preparations?
At least 4 months prior to your wedding date is ideal to secure your booking and commence preparations. Subject to availability, the Resort may also accommodate requests within a one month time frame.

Who will assist me with preparations?
A dedicated Wedding Concierge is personally appointed to manage and orchestrate your special day and is assigned to you from your initial inquiry until your fond farewell as a married couple.

Will I need a wedding rehearsal?
Your personal wedding concierge recommends a final meeting, walk through and briefing the day prior to your wedding if this is suitable to the bride and groom.

How much does a wedding at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali Resort & Spa cost?
There are many options available from a Bride & Groom only package to a lavish sit down dinner affair. Most wedding arrangements are designed to suit your budget from venue only hire in a choice of locations to complete wedding and honeymoon packages.
